fix: add QR codes to Home wallet receive modal

ReceiveBitcoinModal was missing QR code generation that Web5.vue has.
Added canvas refs + qrcode rendering for both on-chain (bitcoin: URI)
and lightning (lightning: URI) receive flows. Matches Web5 pattern.
